Sunny Condo with Vail Mtn Views, Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub - Walk to Lionshead

Vail International #106 is an updated and remodeled 2BR/2BA condo with awesome views of Vail Mountain. The kitchen features all electric appliances and granite countertops. If you start your day with coffee, there is a standard 12 oz coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and filters provided. There is a dining table that seats up to 6 people that looks towards the sliding glass door that opens to a balcony that faces south to the outdoor pool and hot tub. Enjoy breakfast, dinner or apres ski while looking out the sliding glass door to the trails on Vail Mountain. The living room has a gas fireplace and flat panel TV.

There is a King in one of the bedrooms and the other has two Queens and a balcony with views to Vail Mountain. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The bedroom furniture is new as of the summer of 2024. The main bathroom has a granite countertop as well as a tub with a shower. The hall bathroom has a stall shower.

The condo is located less than a 10 minute walk to Lionshead Village, where you find many shops and restaurants, as well as the Lionshead Gondola. Walking in the other direction to the east, you can be in Vail Village in about 10 minutes, or you can take the free in town shuttle that stops at the Dobson Ice Arena, which is adjacent to the Vail International condos. On Site Amenities at Vail International
There is an outdoor hot tub that was refurbished in June of 2025 and a heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.

There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout equipment for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.

Free WiFi is offered. Each unit has its own router and password.
Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.
Free Parking for one vehicle per reservation at Vail International.
Additional spaces at $40 per night winter and $25 summer, per vehicle, may be possible, subject to availability

Getting around Vail
Park your car at Vail International and take the free in town shuttle that runs continuously in a loop between Lionshead, Vail Village and Golden Peak. You can also walk to many of the prime locations in Vail as the property is centrally located between Lionshead and Vail Village.
