Very clean, new appliances, great parking. Proximity to lifts was decent. Not highly decorated and the patio was not directly connected as you might expect. It was a good price for the area.

Nice overall property. The entry to the garage was a little tricky but ok once we discovered the right parking level. Maybe a map would help. Entry into the master BR was strange for a multi couple group but manageable with the second entry. Perhaps add the 3 bathroom near the laundry to the unit.

Location is great - really close to the trail. Host communications were great, very responsive. I agree with the other reviewers that the bedroom to mudroom door having no lock is disconcerting, especially when you get noise from the garage in the middle of the night. Even just adding a chain that you can lock from the inside would be helpful. The kitchen was great and well stocked. TVs were great and good cable. The condition was appropriate for the price. The only other big downside is the couch is really a dorm couch and even two people watching a game gets uncomfortable.

Excellent place within a short walk to Lionshead restaurants, and a nice but longer walk to vail village. Very nice place and easy to come and go. I will say that this condo is NOT a ski in ski out as advertised but is a wonderful place. I will try to stay here again.

The apartment was great. It was fully equiped and everything worked great. It has the best location because ir is very near the gondola and ir has a market on top. It is also near vail village. Maybe the apartment was a little bit cold but it was fine. We had a great time and loved the apartment.

We made a late decision to ski at Vail with our son and grandson so our choices of places to stay was limited so convenience to the gondola made our decision. Although this is a small, somewhat spartan condo, it was adequate for our stay despite the unusual layout of the space. I was told this was formerly part of the managers office. The maintenance manager still has an office in the front hall which includes the laundry location for the condo. The back entrance, which is accessed throughout the master bedroom, leads to the mudroom, parking garage and a private patio area. The kitchen is well appointed with GE Profile appliances, plenty of dishware, flatware, and pans. It could use a new skillet however. There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was adequate. The biggest downside of the condo is not having any view except the driveway and trash garage, but having the mini-market, shuttle bus and gondola just steps away was a big advantage. Overall our stay was good and the management company was very responsive to questions and concerns.

Great location & clean apartment
We really enjoyed the location of this condo, which was perfect for our ski trip. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and the large mudroom for storing skis and snowboards was a huge bonus! However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The heater didn’t quite warm up the condo enough, and the tile floors got quite cold at night, making it a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the sofa was not very comfortable for lounging after a day on the slopes.Another thing to note is that the master bedroom has a direct access door to the garage with a keypad, so it’s possible for anyone with the code to enter the room. A lock on this door would provide a little extra peace of mind.Overall, it was a great stay, but with a few minor adjustments, it could be even better!

Great Amenitites and Well Stocked Condo!
Had some trouble finding the condo because a VAN was parked in the assigned spot blocking the parking number. It took us over an hour to finally realize it. Just know, it's the first parking spot on the right past the mechanical gate. The box with the remote to open the gate is also on that wall where the parking number is displayed.
The condo is very well maintained and fully stocked. The layout is a bit strange whereby you walk through the master bedroom to access the garage and snowboarding equipment but it worked out for us.
The BBQ grill was great and auto hooked up to propane so there was no issue with running out. There was plenty of room to prepare meals in the kitchen as well.
We would not classify this as a ski in/out. There is a bit of a walk to the gondola and ticket office but it's not far.
Overall, it was a great stay!

Location, layout, ease of parking, service were all excellent. The unit is situated in a way that makes it seem accessible to anyone in the complex due to stairwells. No deadbolt on the primary bedroom entry door - this would be a very inexpensive addition for traveller peace of mind - especially someone who has experienced a break-in while travelling. Only other complaint would be having air conditioning. I know it's the mountains, and when we were there it was ok because it got very cool in the evenings, but again, a couple window units or split systems in bedrooms alone would pay dividends to ownership on marketability.

Direct access to the large mud room through private entrance in the garage is perfect when returning from a day on the slopes. That entrance to the unit is also just steps from the parking spot in the garage which made for the easiest loading and unloading of luggage you can get, without paying more to stay in a crowded hotel and only getting a small room. Private, convenient, unit has its own private patio as well. This will be the first place I look for going forward. Only downside, it was already booked the following week for closing weekend and I had to stay somewhere else! And now I just let the cat out of the bag....i mean it was terrible, no one book it so it’s available for me 😆

The rental was perfect for our group- plenty of space and so easy to get to the mountain and around Vail. The only downside was the sleeper sofa was a bit smaller than we had imagined and there weren't any additional blankets to put on the couch. Other than that it was great and it was so easy to find and get settled. You can't get a better location truly.
