Arrive at the main living space passing by the kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for three, and dining table with plush seating for six, to the sleek living room with seating around the fireplace. Step outside on the balcony to take in the mountain views, and sit with a glass of wine for a quiet moment.

Two bedrooms are fully designed for utmost comfort, both with their own ensuite. The guest bedroom can be set up as two twin beds, or a split king.

Experience inspired five-star amenities at the Ritz-Carlton with a ski valet and private ski shuttle, poolside service in the summer, and a world-class spa. Easily meander into Lionshead Village and Vail Village along the Gore Creek path to peruse boutique shops like Gorsuch or dine at the finest restaurants, such as Les Delices de France or Alpenrose Vail.

Guest Bedroom - Two twin beds (Split king), TV, ensuite bathroom with soaking bathtub and shower.

- Settling in at the Lobby Lounge, where you can experience exceptional service in a relaxed and comfortable setting
- Catching some live music at Tavern on the Square while enjoying some outdoor fine dining. The Square is walking distance from the condo, and the Tavern menu includes excellent modern American dishes
- Ski valet and private shuttle, pool, hot tub, and world-class spa at the Ritz-Carlton
- Ritz-Carlton Concierge for assistance with Red Sky Golf access, restaurant reservations, grocery delivery, etc. for ease of planning ahead.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 4 people.
- Room service is not available, however charges for other Ritz-Carlton purchases can be billed to the unit.
- Full housekeeping daily is included.
- Valet parking available paid directly at the Ritz-Carlton front desk | Valet runs 6AM–11PM.
- Two cars can be valeted with this unit.
- This home is currently undergoing a decorative remodel. New photos coming June 2025. Bedding configuration will not change.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information
