Perfect all around
Perfect condo - sophisticated, central location and walkable to everything, plenty of room. Mark is a great host - extremely communicative and detail-oriented. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great Vail Village 2/2 condo
Perfect location in the Vail Village. The condo was super comfortable for our family of 5 and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals. Wonderful relationship with the BaseCamp ski rental shop. Will definitely stay here again!

One Night in Vail
The property manager provided detailed and accurate information on the property. We arrived late but were able to easily access the property using the details provided. Property was clean and as described in the listing. We enjoyed one comfortable night. Can’t speak to the area or neighborhood since we left early in the morning, but would stay again if ever in the area.

Not what we were expecting
We booked this condo based off the reviews that it was in pristine condition. Upon arrival we were quite disappointed to find the carpets stained and very dirty. Screen door was broken and just laying up against the dirty patio wall. King bed comforter was stained in several spots. Bathroom vanity lights were burnt out and furniture was old, chipped and uncomfortable. Mark was great at responding and was able to at least get the lights fixed during our stay and worked out compensation for the condo not being up to standards. Overall i would recommend this condo because of location and updated kitchen and only if the above listed items were fixed.

Would definitely stay here again!
Location, location, location - can’t be beat! This is at the corner of Vail Rd and W Meadow, right on the edge of Vail Village (walkable to everything in Vail Village, and Lionshead too). Reserved parking spot in garage; heated outdoor pool and hot tub; and a wonderful 2nd floor unit with balcony. The open kitchen layout helps the square footage feel bigger than it is and takes advantage of the balcony view. Appliances were all quite modern and European brands; we had a bit of a learning curve, and it took quite a while longer to cook things than we’re used to - probably some combination of altitude + user error + appliances. There is a washer and dryer in unit, which was amazingly convenient - also European brands, and tiny relative to full size units, but we just did laundry daily. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were well appointed, dishes and drinkware were modern and high-end. The condo even had Alexa! Note that there is no plastic drinkware or dishes in the unit (for kids, or to use poolside) and washcloths were not provided among the bathroom linens (common in Europe but we would have brought our own if we’d known). Not a big deal, but helpful to know! The host provided detailed directions ahead of time which was much appreciated. We stayed with 3 young kids and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vail getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Vail. The location is close and perfect for walking into town. It was warm the first day and there is no air conditioning in the condo, but once we figured out the fans we were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There is even an “Alexa” device for our music enjoyment. Our group drove up from Colorado Springs and we’re happy that a parking space below the building is included. We would definitively recommend this listing!

We love 9 Vail Road
Great stay at Mark’s property. We stayed here about 7-8 years ago and the property is still maintained well and is the perfect location between Vail Village and Lionshead. The unit is upgraded compared to all others in the area with a very nice kitchen, washer/dryer, underground parking and a pool and hot tub (seasonal). The only thing that could be improved is the carpeting which is dated and a little stained but overall the unit was clean (I understand it’s difficult with ski stuff to keep clean in winter). Mark was very responsive with questions and Manny was helpful with early checkin. We will definitely return to 9 Vail Road!!

Long Weekend Family Getaway
Great location in Vail Village - Close enough to walk everywhere but off the beaten path so a quieter spot. Easy check in and check out with underground parking. Condo was spotless, comfortable and well stocked. Only negative is no air conditioning but I believe that is normal for the area.

Great location to the Village and Gondola One, with parking for one vehicle. No on-site ski storage but they have an agreement with one of the vendors in Vail Village.

Condo in Vail Village
Overall, the condo was great. The couch in the living room is very worn and should be replaced if possible. Kitchen could use some aluminum foil, plastic bags, etc. Definitely need some instructions on how to operate the cooktop (had to call Manny) and the TV in the master bedroom, which we could not get to work. Other than that, the condo is very well stocked, a great location to get to the slopes and was comfortable for 4 adults.

Amazing Property & Staff That Go Above and Beyond to Make Your Stay Great!
This property is gorgeous and with access to everything in walking distance! High end appliances and furnishings were gorgeous but really the very best part was the staff who help you check in and maintain the property. Manny took my calls early on and helped me understand the property, especially since it was my very first Vrbo rental. I also had a camera left behind and Manny’s team called to let me know. When we were unable to pick it up, he mailed it. It speaks volumes to the property to have such stellar service! Thank you Manny and team!!!!

Great stay during Oktoberfest
The pictures were very accurate. The unit is located in the 2nd floor and it was decorated amazing.. the condo is very comfortable. The view was of the pool/spa but noise level was not a problem. The building location is prime. Easy access to both Vail village and lions head.

Great Location
Just on the fringe of the Vail Village, this two bedroom condo is within easy walking distance to everything in Vail Village. It is not ski in ski out BUT the deal they have with the ski rental place at the base of the mountain by Gondola One is superb. We loved the stroll to/from the condo to skiing and past all the restaurants and apres skiing options.

This condo was very clean and organized. The location is amazing. We used the heated pool and hot tub after skiing and they were clean and not crowded. Communication with Mark was very easy and he was responsive to messages. Thanks Mark.

Great location, great time!
The customer service and responses for this property were fantastic! They help you out with rentals, access, and any excess cleaning that you might need. The location is right next to all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

Three day weekend.
We stayed in the condo for three days over MLK weekend. The condo was extremely nice and modern remodel. Felt very European. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. First night the humidifier wasn’t working and the owner bought a new one and dropped it off the next day. Very responsive. Awesome setting right within Vail village. View of mountains and just generally relaxing place to stay.

Perfect in every way!
Everything about this rental property is perfect. The condo is beautiful, easy access, up-to-date, well stocked, perfect location. We never needed to use our car, so it stayed nice and safe in the garage parking space that was provided. I can’t say enough about this unit. Whenever I plan to rent in Vail again, this is the place!

Great Thanksgiving retreat!
We spent this Thanksgiving with our kids skiing in Vail. This condo is very comfortable and beautiful to stay with the kids. The location is perfect. Condo is next to the bus station if you need to walk with a ski equipment to the mountain. Also it is next to the Sebastian hotel, Four Season hotel , Alpen Rose restaurant. Condo it self has everything you need staying with the family, very spacious place, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen appliaces , balcony, grill , nice views. We also enjoyed a Jacuzzi and heated pool downstairs. The only thing we were missing was not enough hooks for our coats in living room and hooks for towels, bathrobes in a bathrooms. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Amazing Property
My husband and I decided to take our adult daughter on a short trip away. This condo was amazing! Everything is incredibly nice, the appliances work amazing, the beds were comfortable, the balcony was perfect and it was located right in between Vail Village and Lionshead. We had such a great time and now my husband is ready to make the move to Vail.

Great location!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere with our kids and loved having the garage parking spot. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio with our coffee each morning and the Sunday farmers market was right outside our door. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Great Condo for our family of four!
We enjoyed the location of this condo for our summer trip to Vail. The kitchen is very spacious and the balcony overlooks the pool and hot tub surrounded by pretty tall pine trees. The beds were very comfortable. There is no central AC in the building, but even mid-day the condo was comfortable in mid-July. There is a tower fan for each bedroom. We left the windows open each night to let the cool mountain air in, only to shut them tight in the morning when the Black-Billed Magpies started their chatter at the crack of dawn! I highly recommend reading the ENTIRE greeting email before your stay. The owner embedded instructional videos for all the fancy appliances. I totally missed that, and we had quite the comical time trying to figure out how to work the range. Thank goodness for the internet! Great condo, we enjoyed our visit!

Great Vail vacation
The condo was fantastic!! Short walk to Gondola 1 through Vail Village. NOT ski in ski out....but still super convenient. Quiet location with great hot tub for apres ski! The condo itself was comfortable, with all the amenities you will need. We were a family of four (two teenagers) and there was more than enough room for everyone. Beds were comfy too!! The kitchen is beautiful and allowed for family cooking, with every cooking essential provided. Thanks for a wonderful week!!!
