"We had a comfortable 3-night stay in Vail - the condo was clean, and the location was ideal. Owners were responsive, but there were no instructions for the house, so we were left guessing about various things, including check-out process. The TV was quite small and the wifi connection was unstable. It’s also a shame the fireplace did not work. Though it was not noted in the listing, it’s a shame to have a fireplace for a high-season winter stay and for it to be unavailable. The coffee maker was...

"Large but cosy house. Very comfortable sitting area."

"There was some mold in the washing machine, some dirty socks laying around, and we found a used condom wrapper under our 12 year old son’s bed. Coffee machine didn’t work. Also, if you set the thermostat to 70, it’s 60 downstairs and 80 upstairs."
