Habilmente restaurada e decorada por peças da tradição toscana antiga. A posição dominante do que o resto da aldeia garante privacidade absoluta. Para uma estadia exclusiva em ambientes resultado de uma restauração de qualidade na recuperação de antigos cozidos, pedras e madeira.
    Quartos: 3 camas de casal. Sala de estar: 1 sofá-cama.
    No anexo ao lado, mas não comunicar dentro, suite com 1 duplo e 1 single.
    Jardim e grande terraço com mesa de pátio para refeições ao ar livre e churrasqueira e piscina privada com vista para sull'infinity e vale de oliveiras.
    A área da piscina e seu grande jardim pode ser compartilhado com outros hóspedes. Vivemos nas proximidades e temos o prazer de ajudá-lo durante a sua estadia. E 'possível organizar aulas de jantares, churrascos e de culinária toscana.

Rigtig dejligt sted. Meget hyggeligt og dejlige omgivelser. Vi nød udsigten hver eneste dag og aften. Rigtig god kontakt med Cris og hendes mor og bror var også rigtig søde og venlige. Jeg holdt min 60 års fødselsdag der med mand, børn og deres kærester. På dagen underviste Cris og lidt hendes mor Maria i at lave Toskansk mad og om aftenen havde de dækket flot bord og Cris bror serverede. Det var en rigtig sjov, dejlig og hyggelig oplevelse. Vi lavede aftensmad i huset næsten hver dag og sad på den hyggelige taresse med flot udsigt. I byen Vaiano ligger et stort supermarked (Coop ) Stedet kræver en bil. Min mand og jeg tog toget til Firenze fra Vaiano station, hvilket var nemt og hurtigere end i bil. Husk myggespray og creme til myggestik.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Christina war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die jederzeit auch bei Problemen und Fragen ansprechbar war. Die Aussicht in die Umgebung die man von der Terrasse hat war einfach grandios.Der Pool war einfach Klasse! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

It was a nice spot off the beaten path. The pool looks much nicer on the website, but it wasn't warm enough to swim anyway. Did to the change of seasons, there were stink bugs galore. On a positive note, we were 35 minutes outside of Florence. The villa was spacious and would accommodate a large group. It is family run, so the communication was excellent.

Lovely hosts and great spot! Possible to walk into town, so long as you don’t mind a hill. House is spectacular and well situated. Only complaint is that we wished we stayed longer.

If you’re looking for the most idyllic, peaceful Tuscan escape imaginable, this is it. This mountain villa was everything we could have dreamed of and more.Tucked into the mountainside, the property offers gorgeous, sweeping views but what truly sets this place apart is how lovingly it’s cared for. The gardens spill across tiered levels, and every morning I woke to the scent of jasmine drifting through my bedroom. It’s so quiet and tranquil...every morning I’d walk out barefoot into the grass and sip on my coffee while listening to the birds and watching the bees collect pollen from the lavender bushes (literally a dream)!!!And then there’s Cristina. Warm, gracious, and the very embodiment of Italian hospitality, she made sure our stay was unforgettable — from a wonderful cooking class to sharing the rich history of the property. Every detail was thought of.This place let us completely unplug and unwind. If that’s what you’re searching for, you won’t find anywhere more special. An unforgettable experience from start to finish.

A charming old world villa with spectacular views!

The hosts are accommodating and friendly. We were greeted with a traditional home-cooked meal which was so delicious and authentic! The villa is filled with so much history and beauty. We hope to return sometime.

And… relax!

The villa suited our family’s needs wonderfully and having the terrace with the gorgeous view over the Tuscan hills was fabulous. We hadn’t realised that the pool is shared with a small number of other families staying in other parts of the property, but it wasn’t a problem and the pool was never overcrowded. Cristina was so helpful and I would happily stay again.

Simply sublime.

A perfect place to switch off and slow down. Simply stunning. Don’t expect fast internet or a multitude of power outlets as this is not conducive to the speed in which this special place demands.

Magical Place.

We used the woodfired oven and made our own pizza, swam in the pool and visited the fantastic beach club nearby. This was an experience straight out of a movie and one that I will last a lifetime. The host was super professional and helpful. Will dream of coming back.

Family reunion

We was so happy to stay at the villa, was so perfect! The house is up on the hill , little bit hard to find. You do need a car to stay there. The little town near buy you can have a fantastic food ! Love the setting , gorgeous view !! Pool was great in hot days . We love the cooking class with Christina and her mom . Was so much fun to learning how to make ravioli, tiramisu…They serve dinner after class and was so delicious!! We would like to come back ! Highly recommend.

Rustic Tuscan Stay

The house is nicely laid out, with beautiful furnishings, gorgeous Tuscan valley views, outdoor dining, and an infinity pool. The downsides are that the house comes with stinkbugs - flying around the kitchen as you cook - no heating system that guests can activate themselves, a blocked fireplace chimney, and a kitchen that would benefit from more cooking utensils and kitchenware. We had a nice time, but the house was cold. I can imagine it would be a wonderful place to stay when it's warmer weather and the cool house becomes a relief from the heat.

The photo on VRBO was beautiful, did not match the physical experience The view gorgeous! The pool clean! no food/drinks by pool NO swimming before 10:00am/ after 8:00pm w/ 6 adults is-lame! Unusually hot temp in June the VRBO did not say it did or did not have AC and a hot tub was listed,no hot tub. The laundry was in a shed w/ salamanders Not welcoming at all never met Cris the daughter just son who appeared when there was a problem, 3 fans for the entire house & we asked for more fans he brought 1 tabletop, we plugged in the 4th fan, the power went out, happened a couple of times. The BBQ looked like it hasn’t been used for years. The patio was gross. You could not walk on the patio, barefoot you needed shoes bc the poop from birds & mold and mildew was caked on the patio (power wash & dehumidifier needed!!!)Under the sink where the trash was every time you open the cabinet you got a huge whiff of mold, We never used anything accept the stove top for coffee! DW leaked & woke up to water on floor,2x, plumbers came 2x, disconnect/remove DW &put it back next day/do not use. No towels in 2 of the rooms we had to ask for towels and we had to ask for trash bags. The amenities were terrible. There were two 2oz bottle of shampoo and one little square soap bar, did not seem like they were prepared for guests at all. Cobwebs in/on cabinets. Rodent poop in master bathroom utility cabinet, everyday we had to go somewhere! I wanted to stay and relax in Tuscany not leave everyday,

Wunderschönes Anwesen

Das Anwesen ist wunderschön allerdings ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool, die Aussicht und das Anwesen mit dem Garten, den vielen Pflanzen ist traumhaft. Wir haben für unseren ersten Abend ein BBQ gebucht, was fantastisch war. Aber… Die Bäder sind winzig und teilweise nicht sauber. Die Duschvorhänge sind unten schon schwarz und müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Sauberkeit in den Räumen könnte überall besser sein. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was in den Sommermonaten dringend nötig ist. Die Räume heizen sich ordentlich auf. Der Pool schließt abends bereits um 20 Uhr. Gerade in den heißen Zeiten möchte man auch später am Abend noch einmal in den Pool. Ansonsten waren die Außenbereiche sehr gepflegt und wunderschön angelegt. Der Blick ins Tal ist traumhaft.

Gorgeous setting!

This is a wonderful property in a gorgeous setting - however, if any of your party suffers car sickness, the winding mountain road to it may cause issues, as it did for one of us. Two things that would improve it would be taking care of the horrible mildew smell under the sink where trash is located, and the extremely loud front door that needs to be planed off the bottom so one can enter/exit without waking up the entire household. Smaller issues were the toilets that gurgled all night and our inability to figure out how to turn on the heat in the bathrooms. But fixing the lack of gas to the stove was done quickly and it is a lovely place with friendly, hard-working owners. (Telling guests not to follow car GPS, but to take the road that actually has a sign for Vaiano would have saved us time and anxiety going up the wrong mountain road, too - a few instructions for future guests.)

Toscane Juillet 2023

Complexe de maisons abritant plusieurs vacanciers. Le site est en flanc de montagne avec une vue dégagée très agréable. La partie de la maison louée, sur 1 étage (rdc 3 chambres/Salle de bain), était bien à l'écart des autres habitants avec une terrasse privative très grande munie d'un barbecue au top. En revanche la 4ème chambre nécessitait de sortir de la maison car à part du reste de la maison... Nous ne l'avons pas utilisée... Les toilettes étants eux dans les salles de bains de chaque chambres. La maison n'est pas très bien équipé en terme d'ustensiles de cuisine, pas de micro-onde, de machine à café, manque d'ustensiles. La piscine n'est pas privative et beaucoup de consignes restrictives sont contraignantes (mettre ses tongs jusqu'au bord de la piscine, ne pas sauter, ne pas fumer autour, ne pas boire.....) au risque de recevoir des sms ou mails rappelant les consignes. Ce qui est compliqué avec 4 enfants. En revanche cette maison reste très agréable à plusieurs car beaucoup d'espace dans la pièce principale ainsi que la terrasse munie d'une grande cuisine idéale pour préparer de grands repas. D'une manière globale le séjour fût très agréable car la toscane est un endroit magique et les gens très accueillants et sympathiques (surtout avec les enfants ce qui est très appréciable).

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Nettes altes Haus mit sehr schönem Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und traumhaften Pool. Die Vermieterin war in der unmittelbaren Nähe, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Geweldige familieweek

Een prachtig huis, heerlijk zwembad met geweldig uitzicht. Ruime vakantiewoning met een groot terras waar we vele gezellige uurtjes hebben doorgebracht. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Kortom, een aanrader.

Relaxation under the Tuscan sun!

We traveled to Italy with 6 adults...the property is exactly as it looks online. Cristina was very engaging and helpful to us as our fell apart at the airport when arriving from France. Cris helped us arrange tours and a private taxi driver to come and get us and take us around Florence - even an early morning pickup to go to the train station at 5 am. She arranged Covid tests for us as well...which was amazing. Cristina, Mama and Ricardo were kind, helpful and so much fun. If you decide to book - remember this villa is in the Tuscany hills and you will need a car. It is also a very old (beautiful) villa built a long time ago so the electricity from time to time would blow a circuit which was no big deal...we had stink bugs but Cristina was on it and brought us spray to remedy the situation. It was a lovely stay and all of us would stay here again. The Cooking class was amazing and well worth the $$. 4 of the 6 of us participated and LOVED every minute of it....the food was amazing as well as the vino! Thank you Cristina, Mama and Ricardo for making our first trip to Italy one to remember.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir wurden herzlich von Cristina und ihrer Familie willkommen geheißen. Cristinas Mutter führte uns durch den Garten des Grundstücks und versorgte uns mit frischen Früchten. Anregungen wurden gern aufgenommen, kleinere Missstände umgehend behoben. Stets gab es einen Ansprechpartner auf dem Grundstück. Lediglich die Installation im Nebengebäude unseres Hauses ließ zu wünschen übrig – da bedarf es wohl einer umfangreicheren Reparatur. Lage und Atmosphäre dieses Feriendomizils waren sehr erfreulich, wir hatten zwei fabelhafte Wochen in Savignano.
