Explore the holiday resort of Marielyst and spend sunny hours on the long sandy beach along the Baltic Sea coast. Stroll through the town centre with its shops, cafés and restaurants. Go for a walk through the nearby Bøtøskoven and keep an eye out for the wild horses that live there. You can also visit the Medieval Centre near Nykøbing Falster, with its reconstructed buildings and demonstrations, or drive to Gedser Odde, Denmark’s southernmost point, and enjoy the view across the Baltic Sea.
