The heart of the house is the large, open-plan living area with a high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, which let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen, dining area and living room are all combined here, providing the perfect space for cosy get-togethers with family and friends.



The property features four spacious bedrooms with double beds, as well as two stylish bathrooms with shower cubicles — one of which also has a washbasin.



From the living room, there’s direct access to a large, west-facing wooden terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and your holiday meals to the full. The large lawn offers plenty of space for play, ball games and pure relaxation. As an added bonus, you’re free to use a large, modern 9-metre caravan with a connected TV!



With underfloor heating throughout and an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump, comfort is guaranteed all year round. For the ultimate holiday experience, you’ll also find a lovely outdoor spa and a refreshing outdoor shower in the garden.



The beach is only about 1.5 kilometres away, and Marielyst Torv can be reached in around 10 minutes by bike. In the local area, you’ll find, amongst other things, golf, go-karting, nature experiences and the popular Bøtøskov.
