Each bed will have pillows and light weight blanket/bedspread. Linens & towels are NOT provided.
To help keep rental rates affordable, linens and towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own or rent linens and towels for an additional fee with advance notice.
A minimum of three weeks’ notice is required for linen and towel rentals
Linen availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed

King, Queen, & Full beds: $24 + tax per bed (includes two towel sets)
Twin beds: $12 + tax per bed (includes one towel set)
(towel set includes wash cloth, hand towel & bath towel)

WHAT TO BRING
LINENS - Bring linens and pillowcases for 1 Queen, 4 full beds, 1 Twin bed in the den.
TOWELS - Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels
CHAIRS - Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS - Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware
SOAPS - Hand soap, bathing soap, dish washing soap, and dishwasher soap, clothes washing soap
BBQ - There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches
