"This is a beautiful cottage, clean, spacious and has a good size property with many trees which allows for privacy. The waterfront is beautiful, walk in shoreline and a dock. I would definitely stay here again. The host accommodated me and made sure everything was scent free which is very nice because many rentals say it will be scent free but isn’t. "

"We had a wonderful time. We got to see the sunrise and set every morning it was spectacular. We enjoyed the morning canoe ride, swimming. The lake is so clean you can see straight to the bottom. The whole boat house was very clean and organized. Communication was very easy. Everyone was so kind and helpful. If your looking for a wonderful getaway look no further it's a trip that is truly unforgettable! "

"Great location, lake access was perfect. Lots of kayaks/canoes/life jackets. Games room fantastic. Asked for a refill of propane for bbq and had it within minutes. Felt like we were in our own place with no owners but if we had any issues felt they would take care of it right away. Would higly recommend. Already looking at bookings for next year!"

"Quaint 1970s style wooden building nicely decorated - they even had a turntable and albums (in addition to the bluetooth speaker). The upstairs loft overlooking the living room is just as pictured. The bed was comfy if the pillows could use an update; they were a bit too flat and lumpy for our liking but it's really our only complaint. "My family of 5 adults loved staying in this wonderful, spacious home. We were all so comfortable inside with the layout that gave each of us the privacy when we wanted and space for meal prep, dining, board games and hanging out together too. "I would definitely book this cottage again. We were at a wedding in the area so the location was perfect. Our family of 4 had lots of room to get ready. Both the living room and the kitchen was perfect for hanging out. If it didn’t rain all weekend we would have made use of the outdoor deck and backyard fire pit. "Cottage Binx hosted our two families for a cottage getaway. The cottage was nestled in the woods on the Muskoka river and provided great privacy. The cottage itself was very clean and perfectly accommodated our two families. Our host Tej was excellent in answering any questions we had during our stay, always responding within minutes. The cottage has kayaks, and the kids loved fishing on either the paddle boat or the aluminum rowboat. The fire pit area was awesome for a campfire and roasting...
