A warm welcome to the two vacation apartments at Landidylle Kramer, located on a completely secluded former farm on the very outskirts of the village of Utarp near Westerholt in the Holtriem joint municipality. So you’ll be vacationing near the North Sea resort of Dornumersiel and the North Sea spa town of Bensersiel, close to the North Sea coast and the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park in East Frisia.

It’s so peaceful here on our large estate… here, the hare and the hedgehog really do say good night to each other!

In these two vacation apartments, you’ll enjoy a very peaceful, relaxing, and wonderful vacation with your family of six to seven people, plus an additional toddler—or, of course, with fewer guests!

Here, you’ll stay in very well-equipped, comfortable, and warmly designed and furnished vacation apartments—approximately 80 and 75 square meters in size—each with three bedrooms. The property is located on the outskirts of our village on a quiet country road.

Our former farm offers plenty of space for children to play and for adults to relax or simply unwind. Children have access to a huge selection of toy vehicles: tractors, go-karts, Bobby Cars, and much more. There’s also plenty of play equipment in the large garden, such as a swing set, sandbox, ping-pong table, children’s patio furniture, and more.

In our beautiful, spacious garden, you can enjoy the sun on the large lawns and truly relax in the enclosed, covered wooden pavilion as well as on several sheltered outdoor terraces—each of which is reserved for your respective vacation rental. Of course, this is also a great spot for barbecuing.

At the back of the garden is an idyllic, large garden pond with a wonderful private, furnished dock—completely fenced in with secure access and a walking path around it. Behind the pond, there is a small wooded area with a walking path, places to sit and relax, and cozy nooks.

In the lockable bike room, you can charge your pedelecs, e-bikes, or e-scooters.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
