Comfortable, two-story holiday homes with covered terraces. The ground floor features a spacious living room (TV, dining table, double sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee maker), and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two large, separate bedrooms. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The holiday homes are air-conditioned with both heating and cooling functions, making them comfortable year-round. Wireless internet is available.

The fenced grounds of the holiday resort include an attractive playground, a well-equipped playroom, bicycle rentals, table tennis, and foosball. A sauna and jacuzzi are available for an additional fee. Secure parking is available (1 space included in the price; an additional parking space is available at an additional cost).

The price includes: bed linen, internet, and parking (1 space per cottage). A baby cot and high chair are available upon request (reservation required).
Sianożęty is a small holiday village located approximately 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort – Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is situated right next to a wide beach. The golden sand and gentle slope into the sea encourage vacationers to sunbathe and swim. Neighboring Ustronie Morskie also boasts a 100-meter-long pier. The international R-10 cycling trail runs through Sianożęty. It runs along the coast and offers stunning views of the beaches, the clear sea, and the charming peat bogs. From here, cycling is an easy and pleasant way to reach nearby Ustronie Morskie, as well as the larger city of Kołobrzeg.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
