This accommodation combines modern design with unique touches and is perfectly suited for both couples and families of up to 3 people (even an extra guest is welcome upon request!).

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms filled with natural light, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city or the snow. A full, comfortable, and bright bathroom complements this space designed for your total comfort.

On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with a brand-new two-seater sofa and a flat-screen TV for your moments of relaxation. But the most unique feature: behind a barn-style door, you can conveniently store your jackets, boots, and even skis or snowboards, without taking up any living space. Practical and stylish.

The dining room, decorated with careful attention to detail, seats four people and is the perfect place to share breakfast or dinner after a day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen was designed with a modern yet warm touch that only the owner could achieve: functional, beautiful, and inviting. Cooking here is part of the experience.

The entire space exudes spaciousness and brightness, with large windows that let in natural light all day long. Every corner was designed to make you feel at home… but even better.

And to top off the experience, you’ll have private on-site parking—a rarity in the area and extremely valuable if you’re coming by car or renting one to explore the Patagonian landscapes.

Our accommodation has two floors connected by stairs: on the upper floor, you’ll find the bedrooms and a full bathroom, designed for your rest and privacy.
For your convenience, we have our own parking lot: you can choose between the front (with a few steps) or the back (direct access without steps).

If you need to do laundry during your stay, we can recommend nearby specialty laundromats, and we also offer a laundry service with pickup and delivery for a small additional fee.

We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, so—subject to availability—we offer free early check-in, and if you’d like to extend your stay, we can also arrange a late check-out at a preferential rate.

And here’s a special treat! If you book 3 nights or more, we’ll treat you to an authentic mate experience at a local café so you can experience the spirit of Ushuaia like a true local.
