Sweden villa with 2 boats on Lake Useriner at Müritz National Park

The winter-proof Sweden house Villa Blau offers comfort equipment for max. 8 people and 2 small children, a Canadian paddle boat for 3 people belongs to the house.
On the ground floor you will find the large, lovingly furnished living room with exit to the veranda. Everyone will find their place to eat and play on the corner bench in the dining area. The new kitchen is connected to the living room and leaves nothing to be desired when cooking: oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave with grill, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, mixer, fondue set, dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots - Everything is available in sufficient numbers.
The Villa Blau is equipped with two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and sink. A bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom on the upper floor. A washing machine is in the bathroom
All bedrooms can be darkened, quiet and fully equipped with fly screens. The first bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed. You can easily store all your things in the drawer nightstands and in the two-door wardrobe.
In the second bedroom on the ground floor there is a solid, sturdy bunk bed with bedside table as well as a chest of drawers and shelves. In the third bedroom on the upper floor there is another double bed and a stable children's bed.
The fourth bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with two separate single beds and a stable cot.
Both bedrooms on the upper floor have a bedside table and bedside tables. In the hallway on the upper floor there is a spacious wardrobe for your clothes. All beds are 2m long.

You will find comfort equipment with illustrated books, travel guides, hiking maps, but also umbrellas, ironing boards, irons, etc.

If the sun is not shining: browse through the existing books or play one of the many games in the house together. Board games for all ages don't let boredom arise. All modern entertainment media are available, TV with satellite connection, DVD music system with CDs and radio.

From the living room you go directly to the furnished south-west veranda. Chairs with cushions, table, parasol and a large charcoal grill are available.

In addition to the wood-burning stove, the house also has an electric central heating system. The consumption costs are paid according to consumption with a deposit.

For our little guests, the complete children's equipment is available with 2 highchairs made of solid wood, toilet seat, changing mat and baby bath. In the house you will also find children's dishes and children's toys. Thus two babies, or Toddlers go on vacation at the same time in the house.

The children can play in front of the house, but also in the spacious, green holiday park on the playground of the holiday complex. There is a sandpit, play equipment, seesaw, swing and much more. Children and adults meet for football, football or basketball on the modern sports facility in a fenced-in playground. Beach volleyball fans can look forward to a large volleyball court. You can borrow rackets and balls from the reception for the table tennis table.
At the large fireplace you can roast bread on the campfire.

The house has two boats with life jackets and boat carts.

You can rent more boats in the nearby village shop and go on extensive boat tours. The fine sandy bathing beach can be reached in just a few steps.
Bicycles can also be borrowed from the village shop. You can find hiking and biking maps in the house.

Access to the beach is wheelchair accessible. You come directly to the bathing jetty!
