Charming 4/7 person gite in the heart of Périgord Noir with swimming pool

In a pretty wooded park of 4500m2, "Domaine Lou Peyrol" invites you to stay in one of its 5 lodgings.
The Bombay gite is a 60 m2 gite, classified 3 stars by the Dordogne CDT. This cottage can accommodate 4/6 people.

We repainted (with organic paints) and decorated this cottage in January 2018. Its padded headboards, and its decoration in shimmering colors make it a cottage in the colors of India.
The 25 m2 living room is spacious and bright.
A kitchen area allows you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy on one of the cottage's 2 private terraces.
This cottage is composed of 2 bedrooms, one of which has a surface of 20 m2. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with WC. The beds are modular in 2 single beds or in 1 king size double bed. It is possible to add 1 or 2 extra beds in the large bedroom.

For your comfort, we provide you with: Coffee maker, kettle, Microwave, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher.

Outside, we have installed a table and 4 garden chairs, an umbrella on each of the 2 terraces. We provide you with a free Weber barbecue.

The garden is pleasant for both children and adults. Kiosks have been set up in the garden to create spaces for rest, reading or games ...

You will enjoy relaxing by the secure swimming pool
Imagine lounging in the sun on a deckchair in a real green setting where you will only hear the birds singing.
It is fully fenced and secured by an alarm.
We provide you with free pool games for the greatest pleasure of young and old.

For your comfort a common laundry room with washing machine and dryer and ironing equipment completes the package.

You are ideally located between Périgord Pourpre and Périgord Noir. Urval is a village of 100 inhabitants where life is good. You are quiet but close to the biggest tourist sites in Périgord:
- The villages classified as Belves, La Roque Gageac, Montpazier, Sarlat, Domme are located between 10 and 25 min drive.
- Les Eyzies and the 15 famous prehistoric sites are less than half an hour away. Lascaux is 50 min away.
- Castles like Beynac, Castelnaud, Milandes are 15 minutes by car.
- Swimming and canoe trips are possible on the Dordogne and the Vézère. You are 5 minutes by car from the 2 rivers.
- The cities of Bergerac and Périgueux are 50 minutes away.
The gastronomy is very famous in Dordogne: Foie gras, duck confit, walnuts, strawberries, truffles .... Wine ...
