"To be honest, I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, things did not go as smoothly as I had hoped.
When I first requested a room change due to the noise outside my room, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes without anything being done. The staff kept telling me, “Just five more minutes.” It would have been much better if they had given me a more realistic estimate of how long it would actually take.
In the second room, I could...

"It feels like this property has gone downhill. The rooms are basic and clean. The breakfast used to be fantastic but now its stale. What used to be fresh cakes and pastries every day, now are the same as previous days and they get drier and more stale as the week progresses. Tables are not cleared quickly and remain dirty, making it difficult to find seating if you don't come down right when breakfast opens. This is a dry hotel, no alcohol allowed and guests sign a waiver stating that they...
