Texted back and forth after booking about the split house with 1st and second floor accommodations which are buried in the ad. I asked for a cancelation and they said sure, but you won't get a refund now that you book. Mind you this was less than 24hrs of bookings. Went back and forth about them having to talk to the team about a refund. Waited a while, texted back a week or so...
