"Clean accommodations with a usable kitchen and Blackstone grill. There is a covered carport that you can back your bass boat into overnight. Five minutes from the boat ramp at the Harbor Marina, near the dam.We really enjoyed our stay."

"The House of Joy was so fun, before we left we were already talking about booking again. Our family went for a wedding. Most of our time was spent in the pool. Unfortunately, the wifi was down (and the electric went out for a little) - not their fault. BUT it made us all put our phones down and enjoy the moment with each other even more! The house was so unique. It was a crazy experience that gave us so much to talk about and even with the wifi down, the 5 kids were NEVER bored. There was 2 dogs...

"Stayed at the property with 2 other family members while in town for a family event and enjoyed the layout. Having distinct floors and sitting areas facilitated great conversations.Beds were comfortable and the shower was an incredible experience ! Also appreciated that coffee was supplied and easy to use."

"The house and the surrounding land are beautiful. It's quiet and nestled back in the woods. The house is well built, spacious, and easily accommodated eight adults. The owners left nice messages and even a few treats for us. The only gripe I could give is the road leading up to the house. It is very rough and small cars could easily bottom out. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and made some great memories!"
