"A++ For using the hotel for a convention (not SDCC) the hotel was perfect for what I needed. The location was great as the walk was only 10-12min walk from the hotel to the convention center, and the selection of restaurants and bars is plentiful in the area. though be warned that if you are a light sleeper, the evening can get a bit rowdy from 8pm-2am but the hotel provides soft earplugs to help the sleep. "At first after traveling it's not the usual check in that we are all accustomed to, but once tht was out of the way, I loved everything about this hotel. This was a solo trip for a tattoo and the location is prime. Other than the tattoo I've spent most my time on Coronado island because it's so close, but instead of paying thousands of dollars I paid hundreds. The parking is a little shady, but all n all love this place and I'll be back. This is my cheat code staying in san diego"

"Easy registration on line. Check-in was simple, and efficient. Front office Staff was professional, and cordial. The parking lot had ample parking. The motel layout was convenient, to help my disabled (blind, mobility challenged) mother get out the car, and into the room safely. The Room was modern, clean and spacious. Bathroom was NOT ADA! Mom had to sponge bathe, due to the standard bathtub-shower combo. The facility is centrally located. Many eateries, Restaurants, shopping centers,...

"Hotel was overall OK, but there is a serious issue with their system. Even though the card was only for pre-authorization, they charged it multiple times during the stay. We had to call the hotel to fix it. Be careful with pre-authorizations."

"Pros The hotel was clean, organized and welcoming. The location was the best part. Right next to the zoo, balboa park, and walking distance to restaurants. I liked the room separation for bedtime. Cons: Parking - it wasn’t clearly stated in posting that it would be $50 a night for self park and $70 for valet. The drive way for self park is intense. It is a very tight and windy path. There were A LOT of scratches on the sides of people hitting their cars against and I felt dizzy doing that...

"Hotel de estilo clássico, bem preservado, bonito, com excelente localização, limpeza e organização excelentes. No entanto, a acústica dos quartos é muito ruim, é possível ouvir conversas, portas batendo e até reuniões nos quartos vizinhos (muito ruim pela manhã). O ar-condicionado faz muito barulho e a cama é ultra desconfortável, prejudicando o sono. Considerando o alto custo de hospedagem em San Diego, pode ser uma opção aceitável para estadias curtas."
