"This hotel is in disrepair. Repairs and improvements being done are sub-par or below amature. The front sign isn't on at night, so the place is hard to find when the sun goes down. T.V. did Not work, refrigerator ticked and knocked so loud we lost sleep. The shower sprayed more water out of the spigot then the shower head. The toilet seat was so loose it flopped around when when you lifted it or touch it. Rust and molds are quite evident around the tub and shower. The curtain rod for the shower...

"I only have two complaints…they do have free WiFi but when you logon they don’t give you an option to check a box that says free… so it seems like the only option is to pay…..felt kind of odd. And two… this is not that big of a deal but there is nothing in the room so if you are counting on there being dishes or cups forget about it. You have to go to the desk and ask for them and they give you one cup, one bowl, one knife one fork….also kind of odd. Other than that everything was to be expected...

"Our first night and morning staff, Nellie and Carla, were fantastic. They were kind and friendly, and very helpful and attentive. Are next 2 nights left a lot to be desired. Both night, extremely loud and disrespectful. Arrived between midnight and 2am, with children in tow.. The staff did not seem to be able to control the influx. The bathrooms leak water and the particular rubber floor tiles in the bathrooms have spongy cushion bottoms that absorb water, so when you walk on them, the water trapped in their spongy bottoms, squeezes up through the floor seams Keeping the bathroom floors continuously wet"
