"The communication is excellent. All questions answered quickly and kind. I even received an update to a previous question concerning flooding in the area. This house is high and dry but was updated on the surrounding area. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We found everything just as promised and even better. The layout allowed a small family gathering without the feel of being overcrowded. Excellent stay, beautiful sunsets "

"My family and I had an amazing time at this gorgeous house! Everyone was happy with their accommodations. The house was super clean and very comfortable! We had a group of 12 and a baby and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was great and the decks made for a great place for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! "

"For anyone wanting a get away from the chaos of society, this house has what your looking for. This fully furnished house has the utensil and everyday needs to make getting away simple all you need is your suitcase!. The house has amazing wood work throughout the house giving you that cabin on the lake vibe, nestled along the lake. Some nice charm to it!Like most little houses, don't expect much privacy from your travel mates, so unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. If your neighbors are out at their fire pit during your stay, you'll likely want to give them a wave since it's rather close. Think of it like camping! "From the booking until the day we left everything went so smoothly. This home is a great retreat, not far from the caves or boating and we had an excellent time being together as a family. There were 12 of us:adults, little children and two babies and we had a fabulous time. "Sandra was the most responsive host we have ever had for a rental! The cabin had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the lake. "

"The owner was very kind, thoughtful and quick to respond to our messages and questions. The house was clean and just like the pictures. He offered us complimentary meat and eggs. Our grandchildren enjoyed seeing the longhorn cattle, riding a horse and feeding the rabbits on the property. When our older grandson didn’t want a horse ride, the owner let him drive a tractor! "Traveled to area to go to Mammoth Cave and spend time with family! We have 14 yo, 10yo and 4 yo whom absolutely loved their stay! Making s’mores was a blast!! Plenty of games and entertainment too! The loft aka tree house as kids called it was a hit!! Cabin was very well stocked with everything you would need! Only thing could have used a Tv on second floor for bedtimes! "

"This is a great property that can accommodate a larger group easily. The main house is very nice, some highlights were the well stocked kitchen, relaxing den area, and the back porch with a wood burning fireplace (and plenty of firewood available). The bunk house is better for kids than adults, though our adults managed just fine! WiFi worked pretty well for being so remote. "It’s nice and tucked back in some beautiful trees. The place was clean and pretty much exactly what we were looking for. The only drawback is as a very firm master suite mattress, but some folks love that! The communication with the hosts was fantastic and they did a pretty good job of leaving instructions for things.
