One of the lower prices for area Motels, but I like that I am not paying for hotel amenities like a pool or an elaborate lobby with a spiral staircase. Plain and simple. A clean room. Quiet nights. Everything works and a restful sleep. Perfect for what I need. "

"The interior rooms for this property have all been recently upgraded and look like they do in the photos. The air conditioner worked well, and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. They have installed black out blinds on the windows which is very important due to exterior lighting and the road/cars. My son and I stayed here twice (once on the way into Algonquin and again after our canoe trip). We were both very happy with the accomodations."
"I’m not a big fan of roadside motels because they’re usually pretty scuzzy. However, the Deep River Motel has been perfectly upgraded to modern standards. It’s clean, well maintained, and has all the mod cons. The bathroom as all new and clean as whistle. There’s a microwave, good sized fridge, really good A/C and a flat panel tv with lots to watch. The staff are super helpful. I’ve seen people complain about the highway noise but, frankly, we had no problem with that. It’s a roadside motel so...
