There are two other dogs on the property so introductions would need to be made. There is a loft with its own window that could be a purrfect place for a cat nap, for human or feline. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. It is fully equipped with everything you might need including a coffee maker, a tea kettle, eating utensils, a set of pans, and more. There is a bar table with two stools and storage underneath, an amoire with about 2 feet of clothes hanging space and several shelves. A love seat is placed with a view out of both sliding glass doors. The queen size bed is in a nook formed by the small loft that is 6 feet overhead, It is a short drive to Sutter Lakeside Hospital and about 20 minutes to Lakeport.
The property is 20 acres in a quiet valley and has a 5 acre working vineyard on it. It is 2.5 miles from Upper Lake with the last 3/4 miles on a well maintained dirt road. The complex of buildings includes two houses with permanent residents, a garage, and a shop. There are 2 studios available for short rentals, one attached to the garage and the other attached to the shop. This one is attached to the garage. Washing machine and dryer are in the garage and shared. There are two stairs in the unit, not counting access to the loft which is by ladder, Both the toilet room and the tub are slightly raised.
