"Glen was a gracious host who went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were comfortable. The property was close enough to town that we didn't feel like we were going out of our way to go onto Halifax. At the same time, the location meant that we could escape the hustle and bustle of Halifax for a relaxing evening where we spent our time near Glen's dock looking for seashells with our daughter. "

"Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. That was a disappointing start to the day. Aside from that, everything else met expectations."
