"apartamento pequeno mas completo,cama confortável, decoração clean e aconchegante, chuveiro bom, a cozinha tem tudo,menos forno convencional, somente microondas, o código de acesso,funcionou perfeitamente. não cheguei a usar mas a lavanderia do predio esta disponível gratuitamente, com maquinas de lavar e secar,precisa somente do sabão. Enfim só achei o check-out muito cedo, 10h da manha, sendo que a entrada e as 15h. o código para de funcionar apos esse horário então cuidado pra não deixar...

"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...

"This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

"The room was ideal for my work trip, clean, tidy and with plenty of space. The only downside was it isn’t clear on the hotels.com site that you have to go to the park hotel to check in and out. This is only a short walk and I was able to figure this out ahead of time by going on the city apartments website. "

"The apartment was small, but well stocked with towels and kitchen items.. and coffee pellets. The best thing about the place is the view of lake and alps. And the patio with table where we could sit for meals or aperitif. Very fine visit.. gondola and boat ride were fantastic too!"

Está a unos 1300m de altura, en un grupo reducido de casas, a donde solo puede accederse en góndola, por lo que está libre de coches. Ines y Hans nos asistieron tanto al llegar como al marcharnos, y son muy agradables. Hay caminos con vistas muy bonitas para hacer desde allí, y un parque para niños (y no tan niños) "superchulo"."

"Atendimento check in simpático. No café. Da manhã nem tanto. Havia informado intolerância à glúten no check in e me informaram que não haveria problema . No café pedi opção de pão sem glúten e me ofereceram pão integral dizendo que sem glúten não havia nada. Café da manhã fraco com Poucas opções e reposição demorada. Atendentes nada simpáticos. Quarto amplo, excelente banheiro Área social do hotel necessita ser renovada"
