Fomos com o objetivo de fazer um curso de verão na Penn State e por isso sentimos falta de um frigobar no quarto. De resto o hotel atendeu todas as nossas expectativas. Nos sentimos em casa."

"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL. On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person. Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."
