"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL. On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person. Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."

"This space is just beautiful. Surrounded by nature, designed with elegant finishes that makes it ALL warm and inviting. It's a full package of sweet sleep under white sheets, appetizing dinner and breakfast from the restaurants to a soak in the pool. The staff is awesome. CARLA G ( served us at breakfast. Her attention to detail and service made the dining experience amazing. The manager of the Garden restaurant made us feel like family. I LOVE EVERY is PART OF THIS PLACE. Very family oriented...

"Very sad upgrades to say it is the Penn State University. And Football Season and the huge price hikes should be able to cover any updates or upgrades needed to remain at the PSU Standard. Staff and restaurant was great. Loved the special Chocolate Chip cookies but use the Doubletree standard for the cookie experience so to not appear second rate Kmart vs Walmart."
