"We had another wonderful reunion of college friends this year. As last year, the home is very clean, very comfortable, very roomy, and very well-equipped. Samantha and Bill are excellent hosts, staying in touch, making certain all is going well and leaving delightful welcome gifts - wine, snacks, drinks and even cinnamon rolls. We highly recommend this home and we are already planning to book it again for our reunion next year."

"We stayed here for a family trip to visit our daughter at Penn State and see a football game. The farmhouse is historic and beautiful, clean and exactly as advertised. The host Binky was a pleasure and so communicative. Check in was easy and the home is perfectly appointed. The location is great, only 20 minutes to campus. We would highly recommend staying at this very special home."

"This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. Not only were the owners onsite and present throughout our stay, they were using the amenities such as the pool and they also invited...

Never AGAIN!!!!
"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL. On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person. Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."
