"Good clean well located"

"It was very dark in the hotel. Room layout was unusual with shower window to the rest of the room and door to the toilet was not floor to ceiling and not sound proof at all. Fine for a married couple but not ideal if I were traveling with someone else. Bar area/lounge was very cool. Staff were very good."

"Good room"

"Quarto amplo porém um pouco antigo, ótima localização."

"Very nice hotel and the location is amazing. We walked to the Rocky Stairs, City Hall, Love park. And all the shops on Chestnut street. Also there is a cafe and a restaurant in the lobby and a rooftop mexican bar. the room we stayed on 9th floor looks brand new and modern. Loved the city, loved the vibe."

"Terrible experience The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else was extremely disappointing. There is no real housekeeping service. They only replace the towels, and if you want the room cleaned, they charge $160 per day, which is absurd for a hotel in this price range. I also spent one full night without air conditioning, and the hotel refused to offer any refund or compensation. Another issue was food delivery. If you order food to the hotel, there is no one...

"It was our first time staying here! We loved it! Felt like more of a home than a hotel and we had a ton of space in our room! Microwave with mini fridge is amazing so we could enjoy meals we had more than once! Loved the location and we had a wonderful time! Staff was quick at responding when we had questions! Thank you!"
