"Serviço péssimo ou inexistente. Mesmo tendo insistido repetidas vezes não arrumavam o quarto, nunca fizeram a cama, não trocavam as toalhas. Café da manhã ruim. Além disso o Wi-Fi tinha sinal fraco e intermitente e nada fizeram para consertar. Uma pena pois o local é muito charmoso mas não dá para se hospedar lá "

"Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. That was a disappointing start to the day. Aside from that, everything else met expectations."

"Great location,close to stores,attractions,boardwalk and public transport. Well furbished , the staff is very professionnel. Free access to washer and dryer greatly appeciated. Nice city view and the water view will probably disappear with the construction is finish. At this time of the year a carpet in the entrance of the apparement would be very usefull for wet boots. Also a wardrobe rail and hangers should be added in the entrance closet."
