"First off, the desk clerk could not find my Expedia reservation and was not helpful in resolving my problem. We ended up paying for 2 nights AGAIN with the hopes that Expedia would refund my money. This hotel is being renovated. The 1 working elevator was sketchy. Our room (suite) was newly renovated and nice but hot. "People at front desk were super friendly and welcoming and very helpful, rooms were clean but you could tell maintenance needs alittle work. Other than that we will stay again and again we love the way the staff is helpful and nice and how rooms are clean."
