"First off, the desk clerk could not find my Expedia reservation and was not helpful in resolving my problem. We ended up paying for 2 nights AGAIN with the hopes that Expedia would refund my money. This hotel is being renovated. The 1 working elevator was sketchy. Our room (suite) was newly renovated and nice but hot. We called the desk for towels (bathroom was short wash cloths) and we had to go back down to the front desk ourselves to get them. I have stayed at many Hampton hotels and this is...

"Breakfast buffet was great although missing bacon. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and A/c actually did what it was supposed to do. Great location. Easy on and off of hwy 146 and set far enough back so traffic can barely be heard. Pool area was nice with convenient restrooms pool side. Will stay here again when visiting area. "

"We stayed one night as we had a cruise the next day, but this hotel was an awesome stay! The area was very nice, and we found some nice restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean, and staff was very accommodating. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, and space themed decor. We ill stay here again for future Galveston cruises!"
