"First off, the desk clerk could not find my Expedia reservation and was not helpful in resolving my problem. We ended up paying for 2 nights AGAIN with the hopes that Expedia would refund my money. This hotel is being renovated. The 1 working elevator was sketchy. Our room (suite) was newly renovated and nice but hot. "We arrived an hour before check-in at 3:00, but they were so gracious and allowed us to check in early. Everyone at property was super helpful and kind. The hotel was quiet. Our room was clean, as well as the entrance, the pool area, the workout room, and breakfast area. Breakfast was great! The gentleman servicing the area was attentive to cleaning quickly after folks finished and keeping hot food fresh. We came for the Strawberry Festival in Pasadena. "Parking was avaliable around the property. The location was perfect for an event that was attending at the Pasadena Fairgrounds, located 10mins away. Staff was very helpful and the cleanliness was outstanding. The pool and fitness center we're great and having breakfast at the location was a plus, didn't need to go looking out for somewhere to eat. Overall this place was more than what was expecting and I'd be more than happier to stay here again."
