"The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room smelled musty. The overall appearance looks poor quality and outdated. There was furniture stacked up at the landing of a stairway, and laundry bags left at the landing of the main stairway. I wouldn't stay here again."

"We were early so it took forever to check in. We were told there were no rooms available yet, even though we prepaid, but as we sat in the lobby for about an hour other people came in and were given a room.
The room we finally received was noisy. You could hear everything going on outside from the second floor. Heating/cooling system was very strange to configure so i would suggest a how-to for guests."

"This was one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. There isn’t one thing I can complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive. "The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. She wanted 16yr old girls to walk on the streets at...

" I stayed at this La Quinta Inn last night and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member, Elise (I hope I got her name right), was incredibly polite and helpful—she truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at.
Keep up the great work! I would definitely return."

"When we arrived bathrooom was not cleaned and smelled like urine...Called front desk said they would get someone to clean it and give us a 50% room discount. Had to call three times to get someone to clean the room. It was eventually cleaned. Pool was freezing cold and hoy tub did not work. Was told it would be repaired...Never was repaired. Called expedia twice as directed to get refund...Hotel now declined to refund us..Very poor management at this Hotel...will never stay here...

"The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! "

"The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants.
The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! "
