"Smelly, grimy, sketchy hotel. Reviews were 7/10 and pictures looked nice. Very very misleading!! Booked this hotel and checked in with an uneasy feeling. Got to our room and the condition was very poor. Everything was very worn and unkempt. The pullout couch mattress was brown, coffee table was in horrible condition and the room didn’t smell clean. There were footmarks on the bathroom floor making the “yuck” factor stick out even more. My party was not comfortable staying here. Don’t stay here....

"Staff was ride, last at front desk on 6-6-26 was rude and kept trying to get us to cancel our reservation. I tried to talk about how we did our reservation late the night before we flew in but nobody answered the phone to schedule a pickup at the airport, phone said the VM was not set up and to call back later. Arrived at airport and called a dozen times to see if we can get picked up, finally someone answered and gave attitude about how they didn't had a shuttle today and asked if we wanted to...

"O hotel Americas Best Value Inn - Cleveland Airport, segue o padrão simples da rede. Mas apesar disso tem alguns benefícios que na minha opinião compensam: estacionamento grátis, wi fi, cafe da manha., translado para o aeroporto. o apartamento tem um bom tamanho, com duas camas de casal ( acomodo ate 4 pessoas tranquilamente) recepcionistas educados, e atenciosos. hotel um pouco antigo, mas com conforto ok "
