"Room felt damp - sheets and pillows always felt like they were cold or damp an even when turning the AC off. No spare toilet paper or tissues we only stayed for 2 nights."

"This was an amazing place to stay. For one the historical factor and the preservation of the home is unique and beautiful. It is in a great location and within walking distance to many museums and the italian district with other food options close by as well. The grounds are well kept. There is parking on site so that is a plus. Small bar and an outdoor patio area which is secluded and pleasantly quiet. The breakfast was way more than just your average continental breakfast and well prepared....

"Worst hotel I ever seen in my entire life.. Wow we not gonna begin to discuss the drug and prostitution activities wow!!!"

"Hot tub was great a lot of hot water for hot tub and showers. Plenty of towels quick and easy check in"

"The rooms were smelling of smoke. The hotel manager knew that due to renovation half the rooms were smelly and refused to give us a room in the other half. With the heat and smokey environment it was not a pleasant experience. Further they were out of breakfast at 8:00 AM even though they advertise as 6:00-9:00 AM. No one was around to help with the food."

"The restaurant food was very good. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfy. Only issues were that the freezer compartment of the fridge had clearly not been defrosted for ages and the thermostat cover was broken. Would mostly recommend and would stay here again."

"Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna"

"This isn’t the best located hotel, as it’s a bit far from the downtown area but for our purposes it worked. Parking is available in the garage opposite and price is reasonable (I think it was 20$). Breakfast is better than what I was expecting with a good selection of warm food, cereal, pancakes, breads and some fruits and yogurt. "

"Not fancy, but functional. All necessary amenities present and working correctly. Reasonably recently renovated. Seems to have many long-term residents, but they weren't any kind of problem. Minor nits: could use a second chair, elevator slow, mattress slides on platform bed at little too easily. Very good value for the price."

"They advertise hot breakfast with pictures showing eggs and sausage or bacon on website but all they had was cold cereal, bagels and oatmeal. Very deceptive the way you show pictures of hot breakfast with eggs and proteins but this is not the case. Not even a waffle machine. I feel like we were decieved I enclosed a picture you show on your website. False!"

"Worst Expedia listed property we’ve ever stayed at. Dirty, run down, toilet broken, sheets dirty, noisy AC, internet down. Asked for a refund but they said they could only refund Expedia. Hopefully we’ll see the pass through refund from Expedia."
