"This was my second stay at the Royal hotel, the rooms are very clean and tidy, shared bathroom is spotless, there is a kitchen for all the people staying, always plenty of coffee, tea and milk supplied and plenty of plates cups and cutlery complete with a microwave oven. Down stairs is complete with great food, plenty of areas to sit down relax while you enjoy a brew or two as I did. "Clean. Tidy. Staff were amazing. Breakfast delicious. Underground parking not operating so had to self park off site. Not ideal but we were only staying 1 night so not much luggage. Would stay again."

"Efficient clean small hotel room with mini kitchen and laundry with comfortable bed. I looked forward to the balcony but my first floor balcony had 6' walls around it, in an alley without any sunlight , and had a neighbouring bright security light and camera on it so felt more like a prison yard.. I was disappointed that the pictures online showed a bar/food type area for socializing and there was none where I stayed. No resto/bar on site but some provisions (chips, pop, bottles) were on sale...

"Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. TV had many apps and allowed streaming from your own device so entertainment wasn't an issue. Plenty of parking onsite and the laundry facilities are good. There's no onsite food options, although there's fast food a few hundred metres away. Housekeeping is hit and miss, might be okay for a short stay, but I was there for a month and frequently had to go to reception to ask for coffee refills, toilet paper, water etc. and room wasn't cleaned....

"We loved staying as a family for a weekend getaway. Their staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy, but we only needed it for sleep. The breakfast buffet was good. We also used the indoor pool with the kids. It would be nice if it were a bit warmer for winter. Otherwise, it was nice to stay close to the shopping center to do some shopping and eat a variety of food. The parking had good space as well."
