"My check-in experience was average. The staff member asked me if I was OK with a room upstairs. I agreed, only to find out she literally meant up stairs. This 2 floor rehabbed hotel had no elevator! I am mildly handicapped by a bad back and stairs for me are a no-no!
The hotel is sparsely, and modernly furnished in beautiful soothing colors. Great beds, uncomfortable rain sofa bed when trying to use it as a sofa. It is spotless! The breakfast was minimal, the usual rubbery scrambled...

"Quarto amplo e confortável, cafeteira, frigobar e microondas. Apesar de ser um quarto para fumantes não apresentava muito cheiro de cigarro. Banheiro limpo. Estávamos de passagem por Springfield/MO e o hotel nos atendeu muito bem na relação custo benefício. Tem estacionamento super prático. Boa localização com alguns restaurantes perto como o Steak’N Shake. Bom atendimento, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos. "

"Our room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet which was included with the room had everything anybody could possibly want. The staff did a great job of keeping it the right temperature and refilling any items that ran low. The coffee was delicious!!! All the staff with whom we encountered were very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!"
