"Overall I give our stay a 9.5 out of 10. I would have given it a 10 but the only very slight negative about our whole stay was it was very confusing finding the property. You cannot see the lighthouse from the main road. You can't see the water from the road either. There is a private dirt drive path through a wooded area near a campground with other people's homes you have to pass before you can see the water & lighthouse. "My 18 year old daughter suddenly became available for a last minute family trip so I scrambled to find someplace that would accommodate myself, 13-year old son, my daughter and her boyfriend as well. "Cottage was clean, cozy and exactly what our family was looking for. Quiet area, easy access to the beach and minutes from shopping, dining and activities. Our family enjoyed the fire pit, hammock and large yard. Our host was very attentive and ensured we had an enjoyable experience. "Great get away! The cottage was bigger then expected and we loved the views of the lake from the front. The pictures are a bit dark and I was pleasantly surprised. The home is clean and well stocked to grill and make meals. We enjoyed Caseville and eating out too. "We found the property to be charming and had all we needed to be comfortable. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to the city nightlife but was thankful for the provided parking pass. We didn’t think the front door was very secure but weren’t affected by its lack of complete closure. Booking was wonderful and easy to do and we would love to come back again. "
