"We found the house to be rustic-modern. Great retreat for our family as we fished on Caddo. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the property amenities like the canoes and lake front across the street, but it was a big part of the decision to be rent. Comfortable living room for all of us and good wifi made movie watching while off the lake a nice treat (and helped us tackle a remote day working without skipping a beat)."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy spot on Caddo Lake! The property was peaceful, scenic, and the perfect escape. The owners were incredibly sweet and accommodating, so welcoming and easy to communicate with. They made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make our stay special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature and kind people. We’d definitely come back!"

"This is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the lake access and kayaks across the street. It's a short drive to hiking and biking at the state park and wildlife refuge. Restaurants and antique shops are 25 min away in Jefferson. We cooked all but one meal here using the grill and well equipped kitchen.
