"This onsen hotel is well maintained and have beautiful view of Beppu bay. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here for sure. As of food, the daily buffet style breakfast was provided at nearby sister hotel and dinner at 2 different onsite restaurants (one in each hotel). This hotel doesn’t have public onsen but you can certainly use the one in sister hotel if you prefer public onsen over the private one in your room. Staff here are very friendly and helpful with anything. The only problem is the...

"The price is for sleep only. But it was good enough for me. The place is close to the station and very convenient."

"Very nice hotel. I will recommend."

"Excelente hotel "

"Nice hot springs and views. The bad thing was the staff quite rude and unpolite about ludgage storage. They even thretened to send ludgages to police if not come back on time...that was very offensive. The team needs to be better trained!"
