Field (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Charging of electric vehicles is not allowed.. As soon as you arrive the tranquillity of your surroundings will ooze into you. The countryside views, mature trees, fields and river across the valley will lure you in so you won’t ever want to leave.



The two en-suite bedrooms are on the ground floor and with a bath in one and shower cubicle in the other, the choice is yours. A few steps take you to the lower ground floor where you’ll find the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. This is a great space for your family to gather whether it’s watching a film on the Blu-ray player whilst snuggling around the wood burner or all chipping in to prepare dinner.



If you can grab a few minutes on your own, don’t forget that book you’ve been trying to finish and sit outside on the large patio area in contemplation of your surroundings or wait for sun to set and do some star gazing which the Exmoor area is famous for.
