A shower room with WC is also located on this level, along with a separate WC on the lower ground floor, providing added convenience for guests. Step outside from the ground floor to enjoy direct access to one of the property's terraces.
The upper floor is dedicated to the 3 private bedrooms, each fitted with individual air conditioning units. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own en-suite bathroom complete with a bath, bidet, WC, and a distinctive corner bath, as well as a private exit to a terrace. The second bedroom also features 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with air conditioning.
