The open kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate guest toilet on the main floor. The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, has an entrance hall with air conditioning and one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, as well as a shower/WC. The second upper floor, also accessed by a spiral staircase, features an entrance hall with air conditioning, two rooms with two beds each (90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, and one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, along with a shower/WC and a double hand-basin.
