MONTENETO – ZAMBRATIJA
Zambratija is a small fishing village located on the Adriatic coast. The jewel of Zambratija is its well-known and highly popular sandy beach, ideal for family holidays.
The beach is fully equipped, with the possibility to rent sun loungers and umbrellas. Near the beach, the Destino Beach Bar, open from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m., offers a variety of drinks, fast food, and organizes parties and small events for young people.
The village also features two small private hotels, Vilola and Villa Rosetta.
The coastline changes every few hundred meters, so you can find rocky, natural, gravel, pebble, paved, and sandy beaches. The area is ideal for diving, walking, and cycling.

For larger grocery shopping, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the larger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

There are many leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can enjoy water skiing, diving, and boat rentals, the Jangalooz adventure park and mini-golf course near the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort, nightclubs, casinos, and various boat or bus excursions.
The area is rich in renowned restaurants, casual dining venues, pizzerias, fast-food outlets, and bars. Those wishing to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.

-to report any damage caused to the owner; after assessing the damage, the owner will request reimbursement in cash before departure,
-to inform the owner of the planned departure time one day before departure to arrange key handover.
