Located on the ground floor of a house with two apartments, this spacious 75 m2 accommodation offers a welcoming and modern atmosphere. When you enter, you will be greeted by a large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy your favorite programs on the flat-screen satellite TV or relax with the summer breeze thanks to the air conditioning. From the living area, you can access the furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding forest, the ideal place for a breakfast in the sun or a romantic dinner at sunset.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with ease. You will find everything you need, from the dishwasher to the toaster, to satisfy your every culinary need. The dining table with chairs invites you to share pleasant convivial moments with family or friends.

The house has two comfortable and cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. From the window you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the swimming pool and the surrounding greenery. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be pushed together, perfect for hosting children or friends. Both bedrooms offer a quiet and relaxing environment for a restful sleep.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, washing machine, hairdryer and everything you need for your personal hygiene. Also enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after a sunny day by the pool.

The barbecue area and the swimming pool area complete with deck chairs and umbrellas are available for shared use for complete relaxation.

* Upon arrival, the registration fee of €7 per person must be paid in cash

*Pets are not allowed.

* Smoking is allowed in the garden, while smoking is not allowed inside or on the terrace.

* We ask our kind guests:

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and the dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the collection of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of the stay.

* Personalized transport is possible (example: airport-accommodation, ...)

* The house has a swimming pool, deck chairs and umbrellas for shared use with the guests of the other apartment.
