    Comfortable 24 sqm apartment located on the ground floor of a family villa with a beautiful large enclosed garden for shared use. The comfortable and lovingly furnished accommodation is located in the tourist area of ​​Umag, the most popular with tourists. The area makes unique the variety of beaches and the coast surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of different species of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses. The beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The house is located in a quiet, sunny area, surrounded by greenery, but still central. The tennis courts where the famous Umag ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament has been held for years at 800 m.

    The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), two night lamps, bedside tables, bed linen provided (changed weekly), wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection.     The beaches can be reached on foot in a few minutes (600 m).
    The area is quietly surrounded by greenery. The nearby beaches are varied to satisfy every need, sandy, rocky, pebbly, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make unique the wonderful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast that allows you to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters, as the structure of the beaches changes. For those who love the gym, outdoor gym equipment is available for free on the seafront.
    The nearest beach is located at 600 m, the grocery store at 800 m, the restaurant at 250 m from the house.

For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč.
