The dining room on this floor likewise opens onto the terrace, and the level is completed by an open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as 1 shower room with WC.
On the lower ground floor, 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both offering access to the balcony. A third bedroom on this level is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 2-bed configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor also features a second kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with 2 shower rooms each with WC.
The upper floor is accessed through an entrance hall and contains 3 further bedrooms.
