Our facility is located in the village of Vilanija, just 5 km from the wonderful city of Umag. The location of the house is perfect for those who want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but at the same time want to be close to the beautiful sandy beaches of the area which can be reached in just 10 minutes by car
This 100m2 apartment offers a large terrace with a relaxing atmosphere, equipped with table, benches and barbecue. It's perfect for enjoying company, whether it's alfresco meals or relaxing gatherings. When you enter, you will be greeted by a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two, a coffee table and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. You have everything you need to prepare delicious meals or refreshing drinks.
Next to the internal stairs there is a dining table with chairs, which creates a welcoming place for shared meals and spending time in company, next to it there is also the first bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. If you go up the stairs, you will reach the upper floor where there are three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. We have tried to create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere in the apartment so that you feel at home during your stay. The flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning will make non-beach days easier.
The large terrace at the entrance is the ideal place to relax and spend unforgettable evenings outdoors preparing meals on the grill. In the fenced garden available for shared use with the second apartment, the splendid swimming pool where you can cool off and the deckchairs to enjoy the sun. Parking is private and free in front of the house.

Vilanija is a small village made up of private houses and surrounded by nature just 5 km from Umag. 700 m from the house there is a sports field and playground. In the village near Petrovija, 1500 m from the house you will find renowned restaurants such as: Nono, Bokun and Kantina Melon, as well as a grocery store, two bars and a tire shop. To shop we recommend traveling a few kilometers further to the most convenient supermarkets in Umag Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.
In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children. To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag. There are various leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers , sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat trips or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas. For non-beach days or evenings we recommend taking unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil.
