    The studio located on the ground floor of a family house facing the sea where 5 other apartments are rented is located in a small village Zambratija near Umag. Private parking in front of the house, rocky beach 50 m, grocery store 200 m, sandy beach, café and bakery 150 m

    The studio apartment has a private terrace with table and benches at the entrance, a kitchen equipped with two electric cooking points, a kettle, a fridge, a dining table and chairs. The sleeping area has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, bed linen is provided, wardrobe, air conditioner, flat screen satellite TV. The bathroom with shower, sink with mirror, toilet, towels for the bathroom are provided.

    The terrace with tables and benches and barbecue is available to guests for shared use to enjoy evenings with friends while admiring spectacular sunsets. Free private parking is available in front of the house.
