Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Pavillon und Gartenmöbel.

The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
