Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation.
The apartment is located in Valica, a small village surrounded by greenery near Umag.
The area is quiet and sunny, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The spacious apartment is located on the second floor of a family house with a 7 m x 3 m swimming pool, a depth of 1.20 m, outdoor with sunbathing area, deck chairs, and outdoor shower for shared use by the guests of the house.

The house is surrounded by a spacious garden in the fenced property ideal for families with children. The house offers 3 other apartments for rent for 2 or 4 people.
The famous Kanegra pebble beach can also be easily reached on foot (1200 m), the La Parenzana cycle path is also nearby for cycling lovers along which they can admire the wonders of western Istria. In a few minutes by car, you can reach excellent restaurants offering excellent typical Istrian fish and meat menus, the city of Umag, and the market 6 km away.
The comfortable apartment with a private entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, electric cooker with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, plates, and cutlery. Attached to the kitchen is the dining room furnished with a dining table and chairs, free Wi-Fi internet connection, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner, exit to the balcony overlooking the garden, and swimming pool furnished with table and chairs. The bathroom with shower, bidet, sink with mirror, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly), hairdryer, and external window. The bedroom with double bed 160x200, two bedside tables and night lamps, a desk with mirror, and bed linen is provided (changed weekly) has a private bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, sink with mirror, external window, and small balcony private furnished with table and two chairs. The second bedroom with two single beds, two bedside tables, night lamps, a wardrobe, a mirror, and bed linen is provided (changed weekly). In the fenced courtyard near the house, there is a parking space for safe parking. The large garden with barbecue, swing for the joy of children, and bench with table is available for shared use.
The apartment is the ideal accommodation for couples, groups of friends, or families with children. The house offers everything you need to spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
The owners live in the same house with a private entrance.
Upon arrival, you will receive a pass to enter Kanegra village and use the village's beach facilities for free.

- for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning and the dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution,
- to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay.

* Customized transports are possible (for example airport accommodation, ...)

* The house has a swimming pool, deck chairs, and umbrellas for shared use with the other apartments.
* Upon arrival, you will receive a pass to enter Kanegra village and use the village's bathing facilities for free.

The area is quiet, with a lot of greenery around, the nearest beach is that of the tourist village of Kanegra and it is also the most beautiful beach of the Umag riviera. The town is made up of private houses with enclosed gardens. Unfortunately, it does not have a grocery store. The nearest grocery store is located in the tourist village of Kanegra at 1200 m. In Umag at 6 km or in Savudrija at 6 km there are many services such as a bank, post office, ATM, bars, restaurants. The closest restaurant is the Vera restaurant at 150 m or Luciana at 1.5 km. Nearby you will find the cycling track La Parenzana for cycling lovers along which they can admire the wonders of western Istria.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag dam named “Diga”, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, go shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the promenade for the delight of children. To buy more groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, the adrenaline park Jangalooz for children with minigolf course near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino’, the possibility of various boat or bus trips.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend making unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival, which has been taking place in late July for years. Livade, the town known for its white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wishing to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small marvelous Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited with organized excursions. Various "Fish Picnic" boat trips are organized, with picnics based on fish or meat during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham, and much more.
